We were referred to Carlos and Value Roofing to do some work on the roof of a new house we are buying. We found them to be efficient, responsive, and high quality. When a different part of the roof needed some attention after a massive storm, Carlos came out quickly and did the work for free and in a quality manner. I want to commend Carlos & Corey for directing the activities of the Value Roofing LLC employees who completed a marvelous remodeling of the roof on my home. The process of dealing with an insurance company concerning a roof replacement is very, very, tedious. Corey was very customer service friendly and quite diligent in securing the required information from the insurance company in a seemingly, timeless manner. Carlos was extremely proficient in the deportment of his leadership duties to inspire the Value Roofing LLC crew to complete the task within the prescribed time constraint. Professionalism at its finest with total attention to detail in all aspects of the work performed. I highly recommend without prejudice the Value Roofing LLC organization for any type of roofing issues or concerns you may experience with your home. Congratulations on a job well done...!!!!!! Value Roofing just completed repairs by replacing my roof pipe jacks.  I still had a few years of life left on my roof, so I only needed the roof jacks replaced for now, due to the squirrels chewing on them. Carlos and his team blew it out of the park. They provided excellent service,  quality materials and were so helpful during my roof and gutter repair after a tree hit my roof. The entire process was quick and painless.  His knowledge of insurance and repairs made me feel comfortable and secure in choosing this company. I had a large hole in my driveway and asked for referrals for concrete work on Nextdoor. Within 5 minutes, Joseph Moreno sent me a message and said Value Roofing could help. They came out immediately, gave me a quote, came back within a week when the weather was good and installed a new driveway. Price was very reasonable and they cleaned up everything. Great job and all of the guys did great work. Kadir made sure to check during the process to assure everything went well and that I was satisfied from beginning to end. I needed to file a claim with my insurance company due to hail damage on my roof. I was pretty stressed out and knew from all the reviews I've seen online this could be time consuming and a big headache if the job didn't go well. I was worried how much time I needed to invest. Then I met Carlos who was very knowledgeable with the whole process as well as patient answering all my questions. He helped me every step of the way and I never felt like I was lost on the process. Replacing a roof can be one of the biggest headaches when owning a home. I can say my experience was stress free! I am really happy with the results.
