1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by VALUE ROOFING LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to our customers. By engaging our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Services Provided
VALUE ROOFING LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to roof installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance, as well as soffit and fascia services. All services are provided based on the specific agreement made between the Customer and VALUE ROOFING LLC.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by VALUE ROOFING LLC are based on the initial assessment and are subject to change depending on unforeseen circumstances, changes in material costs, or additional work required.
Prices for services are outlined in the estimate or contract provided. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required upon the acceptance of an estimate. The final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur a late fee of [insert fee or percentage].
5. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring the area around the roof is cleared of debris or obstacles before work begins.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform VALUE ROOFING LLC of any existing damage or conditions that may affect the scope of work.
6. Warranty
VALUE ROOFING LLC offers a warranty on labor for One (1) year. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or external factors.
Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials may apply, and we will provide relevant documentation.
7. Liability
VALUE ROOFING LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or conditions not identified prior to the start of the project.
The Company carries general liability insurance to cover damage caused during the course of performing the work. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to delays or issues beyond our control.
8. Project Timeline
VALUE ROOFING LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen structural complications.
9. Cancellations and Modifications
Customers may cancel or modify a project at any time prior to the start of work, subject to cancellation fees.
Once work has commenced, the Customer is responsible for paying for any materials purchased or work completed up to the point of cancellation.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties. The mediation or arbitration will take place in Texas.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and VALUE ROOFING LLC. Any modifications or additions to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Privacy
VALUE ROOFING LLC respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the course of our business will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for project completion or as required by law.
By engaging VALUE ROOFING LLC for services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
